24/09/11 - Amorphous and Noel: hear the first clip!

It seems the Noel Gallagher and Amorphous Androgynous collaboration due next year will feature ten original songs, and three reworkings of tracks from Noel's first solo record, High Flying Birds. The first snippet can now be heard in the form of a 30 second sample of the Amorphous version of new single If I Had a Gun here.

It sounds... like Amorphous with Noel Gallagher, really. No surprises there.

03/09/11 - Cranium Pie on FSOLDigital

Cranium Pie's debut album, Mechanisms Part 1, is available to purchase as a download through FSOLDigital now. As featured at Amorphous shows and on Monstrous Psychedelic Bubble mixes, Cranium Pie provide some psych-prog-craziness, described as "a conceptual debut album [...] set in the radioactive dust of a post apocalyptic mecha-tyranny, involving the fight between simple organisms and machines to keep consciousness from extinction, as well as a sideways study of the insanity of the present day......part 2 due early 2012."
All that for £4.49. Madness.

18/08/11 - FSOL/Seafar collaboration

Some more snippets of news from Seafar - a new album, Drift, should be out on FSOLdigital in November, followed by a collaborative record between the musician and FSOL themselves.

EBS7 on its way

Inside man, FSOL friend and all round musician type Seafar has revealed news that Electric Brain Storms 7 is on its way to FSOLDigital (and will feature a new Seafar track) on his Soundcloud page. We're thinking this might contain some Environments 4 preview material too... More info soon.
